hey, its easy actually, less than 10 steps and you are done!
1) Boil water to cook the potato pierogies= Singapore’s samosa
2) Season chunks of chicken (thigh & breast) with S&P, toss/mix/coat them in flour and sweet paprika powder mixture
3) Heat up the skillet w butter, olive oil, cook the chicken for 3mins on each side.
4) Remove chicken to plate
5) Use that same oil, add cabbage, onion, carrot, celery, bay leave, S&P.
6) When vege turn soft, add chicken back, and a can of beer.
7) Turn on high heat and simmer till liquid reduce to half
8) Serve on a pretty plate, top it with pierogies.
9) appear at bukit panjang.
and yes.. i think she's my next favourite after ian wright, she's janet hsiao if i'm not wrong. she's so hyper n lively, but you dun feel irritated.
